WEEK 1 JOURNEY
Since our first problem in the community sector is common because of the increasing crimes in our country, there is a lot of solution like creating an application to call a specific authority to a specific emergency, and our second problem under the health sector is focused on students who have depression and anxiety, it is impossible to have an interview with our customer or user who has depression.
We only focused on our third problem which is under the environment sector that during pick hours, there are not enough transportation vehicles available, which can result overcrowded and discomfort for passengers.

Bus terminal at CDO, spoiled; Several passengers, through the window passing.
At the terminal passengers traveling to Bukidnon provinces, Davao, Butuan and Surigao were on board. Passengers had a long queue and some of them had been waiting 5 hours just to get on the bus. The bus dispatchers also couldn't stop some passengers from colliding. There were also some passengers who were in the window of the bus just passing by. Some will also be allowed to get on the bus only to reach their respective destinations. Despite this, there is still a strict inspection of luggage entering the terminal. There were also soldiers and police officers guarding security. The influx of passengers is still expected today where the journey is still normal. The RTMI bus from Agora Terminal until 8 a.m. was due to take off on Friday. They were back at 5 p.m.
