Great work on first week of the challenge!

The team gathered information in a total number of 7 respondents which are the 5 passengers, 1 bus conductor, and 1 bus inspector who taking part in the challenge last week.

This week we are talking continuation about the week 2 Journey of the team.


Week One Recap

Before we begin, let's recap our first week journey.

The team focused on the third problem which is about the the services of buses where during pick hours, there are not enough transportation vehicles available, which can result overcrowded and discomfort for passengers.

WEEK 2 CHALLENGES AND EXPERIENCES 

          Due of what the team experiences on week 1 during interview at the Agora Bus Terminal, the team decide to conduct an interview to a passenger from somewhere like mall, and conduct an interview via phone/video call.

      During week 2, the team gathered information from 15 respondents and most of them is agreed to our project.
